The Shores receive a visit from Boss Jojo Todynho and soon after, conflicts escalate in the mansion. After a day and night full of fights, the family discusses an issue that could change the course of the summer. Once the cast was assembled in August 2009, all eight moved into a Seaside Heights shore house outfitted with cameras. For the month of filming, they were required to surrender their cellphones and prohibited from watching television in the house. MTV’s Jersey Shore paved the way for future reality TV shows — and it was just as crazy off camera.

The Shores go clubbing, Will and Natallia make each other jealous, it all ends up in a fight and the family returns home enraged at Will. Novinho and Aoxi have more relationship discussions. After a morning enjoying beautiful landscapes, the family has a barbecue at home and invites some friends they made during the season. Patrick’s guest and her friend annoy many in the Rio Shore household and the night ends in a series of fights. Fellow Shore clubgoers picked fights with the cast and mocked them mercilessly, including the on-camera incident from season one when Queens gym teacher Brad Ferro decked Snooki in the face during a night out at Beachcomber Bar & Grill. The reality series — set in the resort town of Seaside Heights, New Jersey — followed eight strangers who lived together in a summer share house and drank and tanned to excess. The show turned the phrase “gym, tan, laundry” (“GTL”) into a lifestyle. It also caught criticism for its portrayal of Italian-Americans as party-hearty “guidos”.

West Orange, New Jersey, United States

Mary and Triz leave the mansion tense and the Shores go on a night out that ends in a fight. After a reckoning, the girls go out to relax and one member arrives at the mansion to stay. To end the season in style, the Shore family takes a boat trip, has lunch at their favorite place and enjoys MC Don Juan’s show at the mansion with their guests. Lipe Ribeiro and Bifão arrive to stir up the end of the summer for the Shore family and conquer Natallia and Will.

The guys continue to have fun with the girls, while Cristal and Gui define the direction of the relationship. A disagreement between Guilherme and Matheus changes the course of this summer for one of them. Part of the family receives a visitor, while the others work.

A friend of Patrick invites everyone to go to Fishbone for another day of fun, which results in an after party full of guests and switcheroo at the Shore house. Shores meets the Boss, Jojo Todynho, who puts them to work – which doesn’t stop them from enjoying a night out and a boat trip full of sex. Natallia and Guilherme continue to turn their relationship around, as well as Vitória and Juliana after a friend of Luana gets between the two. Patrick invites the family to a nude beach, which is not to everyone’s taste. Ferro was arrested and found guilty of simple assault; he was fined $US500 and ordered to complete an anger-management course.
